At Studio Surbhi, tradition meets the tempo of today. Born from a deep love for the timeless elegance of Rajasthani drapes, our label reimagines heritage through the lens of modern minimalism and Indo-western ease.

Rooted in the philosophy of slow fashion, we craft garments that celebrate joy, individuality and comfort—pieces made not just for occasions, but for the days when you choose to stand out unapologetically.

Our Story

Entrepreneur and designer, Surbhi Rawat always had her shared piece of interest for experimental crafts. When she decided to start a brand she named it after her name “Surbhi”, as it was a reflection of what she enjoyed doing, that is creating something new, experimental and never seen before.

Her knowledge in Fashion industry gained by doing a fashion business management course from LCF, London and a Fashion design course from Pearl Academy, Mumbai made her realise early on that there is a huge segment of casual evening wear in the market which needs to be given attention.

Our Process

Each Studio Surbhi piece is hand-drawn, hand-crafted, and draped with intention. We follow a slow fashion philosophy—which means our garments take 2-3 weeks to reach you, because we craft them with care, not speed.

Every silhouette is designed in-house using draping technique, made in limited quantities each month. Most of our creations are made-to-order, ensuring minimal waste, ethical production, and a truly sustainable wardrobe.

Draping

At Studio Surbhi, draping is not just a design technique – it's our language of storytelling. Inspired by the flowing elegance of Rajasthani odhanis, we reinterpret heritage through modern, flowy silhouettes that feel just as effortless as they look.

Each drape is developed by hand – carefully pinned, tucked, and shaped directly on the mannequin. The intuitive process allows us to create fluid lines, bold forms and contemporary indo-western styles that move with you.

WE DON’T FOLLOW PATTERNS. WE FOLLOW FABRIC – AND LET IT GUIDE US INTO FORMS THAT ARE COMMANDING.
